Designed to inspire and to encourage unforgettable experiences, Kessler guests are immersed in redefined Bohemian luxury, from a cutting-edge downtown icon to a premier luxury lodge, Savannah’s entertainment destination, and an elite ski lodge. Each property is a bold, original hotel carefully created with style and the individualist traveler in mind.
Kessler Richmond Hill is a master planned development anchored by a dual branded hotel – a 100-room Courtyard by Marriott and a 100-room Residence Inn by Marriott. Set to open in late 2026, the new development brings Kessler’s signature blend of elevated design, artistic inspiration, and best-in-class Southern hospitality to one of Georgia’s fastest-growing communities. Just a short drive from Savannah, this new destination blends convenience with character — offering a stay that feels both nostalgic and entirely new.
Perfectly positioned along the I-95 corridor, the hotel is designed for today’s traveler — welcoming families, business travelers, and road-trippers alike. As Richmond Hill continues to grow with a new high school, hospital, and manufacturing hubs, the hotel will also offer flexible meeting space for both corporate and community events. Also included in the development is a new drive-through Starbucks — set to open in late 2025 — adding even more convenience for guests and locals alike.
